- YOUR MONTHLY BUDGET (IE. A LISTING OF CURRENT MONTHLY INCOME
AND CURRENT MONTHLY EXPENDITURES).
- THE FULL NAME, COMPLETE ADDRESS, AND ACCOUNT NUMBER OF EACH OF
YOUR CREDITORS
- A CURRENT COPY OF YOUR CREDIT REPORT (IF AVAILABLE)
- THE AMOUNT OF GROSS INCOME THAT YOU AND/OR YOUR SPOUSE HAVE
EARNED FROM ANY SOURCE OVER THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS (IN ORDER TO MEET
THE MEANS TEST REQUIREMENT).
- IN THE EVENT THAT YOU HAVE REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS IE. A HOME OR
RENTAL PROPERTY - COPIES OF FILED DEEDS REFLECTING THE COMPLETE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION TO THE PROPERTY (IE. LOT, BLOCK AND SUBDIVISION
NAME)
- COPIES OF ALL TITLES TO VEHICLES, MOTOR HOMES, BOATS, TRAILERS
ETC.
- COPIES OF ANY LOAN AGREEMENTS WITH ANY CREDITOR THAT HAS A LIEN
ON YOUR HOME, CAR, BOAT, FURNITURE, ETC.
- COPY OF DIVORCE DECREES AND/OR PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AWARDS
- COPIES OF ANY LAWSUITS AND/OR GARNISHMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN FILED
AGAINST YOU
